Return Period

Customers within and outside the European Union have the right to request a return within 14 days from the delivery date, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
For customers within and outside the European Union, return requests may be accepted at our discretion and according to the conditions outlined below.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, without signs of use, wear, damage, alteration, stains, odors, or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product and evaluate its nature, characteristics, and functionality.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in texture, color, stitching, and finishing details may occur and should not be considered defects.

All products are carefully inspected before shipment.

We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the returned item shows signs of handling or use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product.

If a returned item does not meet these conditions and cannot be accepted for refund, the item may be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original standard shipping costs will be refunded only where required by applicable law. Any additional shipping upgrades, express delivery charges, customs duties, import taxes, or related fees are non-refundable.

For international returns, any customs fees or import charges generated during the return process will also remain the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized, personalized, made-to-order, or specially commissioned products cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or damaged upon delivery.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable number of business days, depending on the customer’s payment provider and financial institution.
